- 2 cups traditional salted pretzels, crushed
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, ranch seasoning, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in milk.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed pretzels until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Serve with a drizzle of sweet icing or whipped cream for added flavor. This cake can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature or frozen for up to three months.
