Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds sirloin or chuck steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups cremini or button mushrooms, cleaned
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  2. Optional: Sear steak bites in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Layer steak, mushrooms, and onions in the slow cooker.
  4. Add minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour enough beef broth to cover the ingredients.
  6. Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
