Ingredients

- 2 cups cremini or button mushrooms, cleaned
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the steak and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Optional: Sear steak bites in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Layer steak, mushrooms, and onions in the slow cooker.
- Add minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour enough beef broth to cover the ingredients.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- When ready, stir gently, serve warm, and drizzle sauce over the bites.
