Description

A delightful dish combining juicy chicken thighs with a creamy, sweet and spicy sauce, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil for cooking
  • 2 scallions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, minced garlic, and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil.
  4. Sear the chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Plate the chicken, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with scallions and cilantro.

Notes

Watch the heat closely to avoid burning the chicken while searing. Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
