- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and brown until no longer pink.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Toss in mushrooms and cook until they release moisture.
- Pour in the broth and both types of tomatoes, bringing to a gentle boil.
- Add the lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese until fully blended.
