- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups pretzels, chopped
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, then stir in brown and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Once slightly cooled, whisk in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in half of the chopped pretzels.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan, drizzle with caramel sauce, and swirl with a knife. Top with remaining pretzels and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
