- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla, beating until glossy.
- Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the salted caramel sauce and chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden at the edges.
- Cool on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack, drizzle with more salted caramel.
