  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the eggs and vanilla, beating until glossy.
  5. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the salted caramel sauce and chocolate chips if using.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, leaving space for spreading.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden at the edges.
  9. Cool on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack, drizzle with more salted caramel.
