Instructions
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced celery. Sauté until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.

- Add vegetable or chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to simmer.
- Add fresh salmon fillets, cooking for about 10 minutes until flaky and opaque.
- Stir in cream or coconut milk for a rich texture.
- Add chopped dill, parsley, and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs and paired with crusty bread or salad.

For a lighter option, substitute cream with coconut milk. Feel free to add other vegetables for additional texture.
