- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the green beans and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Add minced garlic during the last 1-2 minutes of roasting.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
