- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Cover and refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
- Form balls of dough, roll each in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
