Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
  7. Form balls of dough, roll each in powdered sugar to coat.
  8. Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  9. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
