  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Stir in spices and pecans.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour and melted butter until crumbly. Spread into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly wobbly.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
