Description
Crispy hash-brown sliders topped with fluffy eggs and tangy pickles, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups hash browns (frozen or freshly grated)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup pickles (dill or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
- Fresh herbs (dill or chives)
Instructions
- Prep the hash browns by squeezing out excess moisture if using fresh potatoes. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the hash browns for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown; flip and repeat.
- In a separate pan, cook the eggs sunny-side-up or over-easy, adding herbs and spices if desired.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a hash brown on the bottom, topping it with an egg, layering on pickles, and finishing with another hash brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with sliced avocado or other toppings.
Notes
Feel free to customize the sliders with your favorite toppings or substitutions for a unique experience.
