- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup water
- Optional toppings: ice cream, whipped cream, or crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and water. Mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in peanut butter until evenly distributed.
- Gently stir in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
