- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- Fresh berries, chocolate sauce, or crushed nuts for toppings
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press the mixture into muffin tins lined with paper cups and refrigerate to set.
- Prepare the Filling: Beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill the Cups: Spoon or pipe filling over the crusts in the muffin tins, leaving room for toppings.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Top with desired toppings just before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half the heavy cream with Greek yogurt. Personalize each cheesecake with various toppings.
