Ingredients

- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup coconut flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup almond butter or any nut butter
- Fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
Instructions
- Hull and chop fresh strawberries into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix matcha powder, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk honey or maple syrup and almond butter until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture and stir until well combined, then fold in the strawberries.
- Shape the mixture into clusters and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
