Description

A delightful dish celebrating the harmony of fresh salmon, garlic, and lemon in a buttery sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 Fresh Lemons, juiced and zested
  • Fresh Herbs (such as Parsley, Dill, or Thyme)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the Salmon: Carefully add the salmon, skin-side down, and cook undisturbed for several minutes.
  4. Flavor it Up: Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle in some zest and herbs.
  5. Flip and Finish: Gently flip the salmon, adding in remaining butter, basting as it finishes cooking.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Plate with freshly chopped herbs, lemon wedges, and drizzle with the garlicky butter sauce.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure a good sear on the salmon.
