Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring layers of cream cheese, fresh blueberries, and zesty lemon flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 large lemons, zest and juice
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 package (about 14 oz) graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the zest and juice of lemons, and mix until combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  2. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish, spread a portion of the cream mixture over the crackers, and add a layer of fresh blueberries. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cream.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
  4. Once set, slice into squares and serve with extra blueberries or a sprig of mint.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth blend. Don’t rush the chilling process for best results.
