Ingredients
- Boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
- Fresh mushrooms (sautéed)
- Shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- Cream cheese
- Bell peppers, spinach, or broccoli
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh or dried thyme and parsley
- Chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté garlic and mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
- Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet, cooking until no longer pink.
- Stir in cream cheese until fully melted and combined.
- Fold in shredded cheese and broth, seasoning with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in sautéed vegetables until well-combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish evenly.
- Top with additional cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of smoked paprika before serving.
