Instructions
- Prepare the Bananas: Peel and slice three ripe bananas. Place them in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine frozen bananas, heavy cream, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Chill the Mixture: Pour the mixture into an ice cream container and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
