Delicious chocolatey treats combining the classic taste of Oreos with rich Irish cream flavor.

- 24 Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate, for coating
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a sealed plastic bag or food processor until fine crumbs are achieved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
- Add the Irish cream liqueur and powdered sugar; mix until fully incorporated.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and dip each ball into it, returning the coated Oreos to the baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to set. Optionally, drizzle with extra chocolate or sprinkle with crushed Oreos for decoration.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing. Chill the mixture properly for easier shaping.
