  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup stevia or erythritol

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and your chosen sweetener. Stir well to blend.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
