- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup stevia or erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and your chosen sweetener. Stir well to blend.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, creating a thick batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly to the edges.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let them cool before slicing into squares.
