- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn with melted butter, stirring well to coat.
- Drizzle honey over the corn and mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Add in the eggs, heavy cream, and herbs and cheese if using. Stir gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure the corn is well-drained if using canned or frozen to avoid excess moisture. Letting the casserole rest helps with serving.
