Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, removing any bruised sections.
- Blend the strawberries with sweetener and lemon juice until smooth, adjusting sweetness as needed.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the strawberry puree evenly to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Preheat oven to the lowest setting (approximately 170°F or 75°C) and bake for 6-8 hours, checking occasionally until no longer sticky.
- Allow the roll-up to cool completely, then use scissors to cut into strips.
- Roll them up and store in an airtight container.
