Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, removing any bruised sections.
  2. Blend the strawberries with sweetener and lemon juice until smooth, adjusting sweetness as needed.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the strawberry puree evenly to about 1/8-inch thick.
  4. Preheat oven to the lowest setting (approximately 170°F or 75°C) and bake for 6-8 hours, checking occasionally until no longer sticky.
  5. Allow the roll-up to cool completely, then use scissors to cut into strips.
  6. Roll them up and store in an airtight container.
