Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your donut pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Fill each cavity of the donut pan about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze before serving.
