Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, blend the milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and green coloring until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, gently stirring until just combined.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Using a ladle, pour pancake batter into the skillet, forming circles about 4 inches in diameter.
- Cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side (1-2 minutes per side).
- Serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
Notes
For fluffier pancakes, whip egg whites separately and fold them in. Consider using a non-stick skillet for best results.
