- 1 package mint cream Oreos
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup green candy melts
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin or in a food processor until fine.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with 1 cup of melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating at 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if using.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with green decorations or crushed peppermint candies.
- Allow the treats to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week or enjoy immediately.
