Ingredients

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- Optional: pinch of sea salt or cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and optional flavors (sea salt or cinnamon).
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30–60 minutes to firm up.
- Form balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in shredded coconut until coated.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
Using room temperature almond butter makes mixing easier. Customize with favorite nut butters or additional flavors.
