Description

A rich and creamy no-bake dessert that layers graham crackers, chocolate pudding, mascarpone cheese, and marshmallows, evoking nostalgic summer memories.


Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers in a food processor or zip-top bag, then mix with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish to form the base.
  2. In a bowl, blend mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla, then whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into mascarpone. Spread this mixture over the graham cracker base.
  3. Prepare instant chocolate pudding as per package instructions and pour over the cream layer, spreading evenly.
  4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and optional chocolate chips on top of the pudding layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish with extra marshmallows and chocolate shavings if desired.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Notes

For a toasted marshmallow effect, use a kitchen torch just before serving.
