- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers in a food processor or zip-top bag, then mix with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish to form the base.
- In a bowl, blend mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla, then whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into mascarpone. Spread this mixture over the graham cracker base.
- Prepare instant chocolate pudding as per package instructions and pour over the cream layer, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and optional chocolate chips on top of the pudding layer.
- Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish with extra marshmallows and chocolate shavings if desired.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

For a toasted marshmallow effect, use a kitchen torch just before serving.
