Ingredients

  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: splash of white wine

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In the crockpot, layer seasoned chicken, chopped onions, minced garlic, and mushrooms.
  3. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and broth, ensuring the chicken is coated.
  4. Sprinkle herbs and seasonings on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
