Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  3. Add Spinach: Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine Everything: Pour in the cream, then add the cooked orzo, and stir until well combined.
  5. Add Cheese and Season: Mix in the grated parmesan and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Notes

Save some of the pasta cooking water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.
