- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth

- Optional: splash of lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the Orzo: In a large pot, bring broth to a gentle boil and add the orzo. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add Spinach: Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine Everything: Pour in the cream, then add the cooked orzo, and stir until well combined.
- Add Cheese and Season: Mix in the grated parmesan and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve Warm: Garnish with more parmesan and enjoy immediately!
