Description

A delightful blend of tart cranberries and zesty oranges enveloped in rich chocolate, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped (or dried cranberries)
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add in the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.
  4. Off the heat, gently fold in cranberries and orange zest.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
  7. Lift the fudge using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

For a decorative touch, sprinkle extra cranberries or orange zest on top prior to refrigeration.
