- 1/2 cup softened butter (for frosting)
- 1/2 cup honey (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and honey.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the honey butter frosting by whipping together softened butter and honey.
- Once cooled, frost each cupcake generously with the frosting.
Notes
