Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed.
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Before the chocolate hardens, decorate with optional toppings.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Notes
For a festive twist, add peppermint extract to the mixture. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
