Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
- Mix the brownie mix with the eggs, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the pitted cherries.
- Spread the batter into a greased pan and bake according to package instructions. Allow cooling completely.
- Cut the brownies into bite-sized squares and roll each square into a ball.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each brownie ball into the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper to set.
- Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt or powdered sugar.
