Delicious jumbo pasta shells filled with creamy chicken Alfredo mixture, topped with melted cheese and herbs.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the jumbo shells in salted water until al dente; drain and cool.
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, ricotta, half of mozzarella, herbs, garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each shell with the chicken mixture.
- Spread some Alfredo sauce in a baking dish; arrange filled shells in a single layer.
- Cover filled shells with remaining Alfredo sauce, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For variations, consider substituting chicken with sautéed mushrooms or spinach for a vegetarian option.
