Ingredients
- Ritz crackers
- Caramel sauce
- Sea salt
- Optional toppings: Chopped nuts or chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place Ritz crackers on the sheet, spaced slightly apart.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over half of the crackers.
- Top the other half of the crackers with more caramel sauce and sandwich them together.
- Sprinkle a light dusting of sea salt over the top.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until caramel is bubbly.
- Let them cool completely on the baking sheet to set the caramel.
Notes
If caramel is too runny, let set for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
