Delightful holiday cookies made with buttery Ritz crackers and luscious caramel, perfect for sharing with loved ones.


Ingredients

  • Ritz crackers
  • Caramel sauce
  • Sea salt
  • Optional toppings: Chopped nuts or chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place Ritz crackers on the sheet, spaced slightly apart.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over half of the crackers.
  5. Top the other half of the crackers with more caramel sauce and sandwich them together.
  6. Sprinkle a light dusting of sea salt over the top.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until caramel is bubbly.
  8. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet to set the caramel.

Notes

If caramel is too runny, let set for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
