Description

Delicious bite-sized treats filled with creamy brie, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
  • 1 cup candied pecans
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Egg wash (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  3. Place a slice of brie in the center of each square, top with cranberries and pecans, and add fresh herbs.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry toward the center and seal them. Brush with egg wash if desired.
  5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffy.
  6. Serve warm with chutney or crackers.
