- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 1 cup candied pecans
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- Egg wash (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a slice of brie in the center of each square, top with cranberries and pecans, and add fresh herbs.
- Fold the corners of the pastry toward the center and seal them. Brush with egg wash if desired.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffy.
- Serve warm with chutney or crackers.
