- 4 large turkey wings
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Coat turkey wings in the glaze and place them skin-side up in the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, basting every 15-20 minutes.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C) and look for golden brown skin.
- Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh pomegranate seeds and herbs.
Notes
For crispy skin, broil the wings for a few minutes at the end of baking, watching closely to avoid burning.
