Description

Tender turkey wings coated in a sweet and tangy cranberry pomegranate glaze, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large turkey wings
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Coat turkey wings in the glaze and place them skin-side up in the greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, basting every 15-20 minutes.
  5. Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C) and look for golden brown skin.
  6. Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh pomegranate seeds and herbs.

Notes

For crispy skin, broil the wings for a few minutes at the end of baking, watching closely to avoid burning.
