Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop heaping spoonfuls of the batter onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
