Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a larger bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. Scoop heaping spoonfuls of the batter onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
