Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, then incorporate grated apples.
- Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once cooled, dip the tops of donuts in the glaze and let set before serving.
