Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, then incorporate grated apples.
  5. Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
