Description

A delicious combination of crispy bacon, savory ground beef, and gooey cheese wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Herbs for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it browns. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the chopped bacon until crispy, then mix it into the cooked beef along with the cheese.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough, cut each biscuit in half, and flatten into circles.
  5. Add a generous scoop of the beef and bacon mixture into the center of each dough circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
  7. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder or herbs.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses and toppings for unique flavors. Ensure dough is sealed well to prevent leakage.
