- 4 strips bacon, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it browns. Season with salt and pepper.
- In the same pan, sauté the chopped bacon until crispy, then mix it into the cooked beef along with the cheese.
- Roll out the biscuit dough, cut each biscuit in half, and flatten into circles.
- Add a generous scoop of the beef and bacon mixture into the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder or herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
