- 2 tablespoons honey

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs.
- Mix the Marinade: Combine gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Marinate: Coat chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Cooking Time: Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat, and sear the thighs for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Baste and Cook Through: Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 10-15 minutes).
- Rest and Garnish: Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped scallions or sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra zing, pair with steamed vegetables and brown rice. Substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
