- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups Cool Whip or heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker crust
Instructions
- If using a store-bought graham cracker crust, set it aside. If making your own, crush about 1 ½ cups of graham crackers, mix with melted butter and sugar, then press into a pie pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with extra whipped cream and serve, enjoying with family and friends.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers. You can also substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a new twist.
