  • Author: joe
  • Total Time: 240 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A creamy and indulgent pie that blends sweet and savory flavors for a perfect dessert experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip or heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. If using a store-bought graham cracker crust, set it aside. If making your own, crush about 1 ½ cups of graham crackers, mix with melted butter and sugar, then press into a pie pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Top with extra whipped cream and serve, enjoying with family and friends.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers. You can also substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a new twist.
