Description

Delightful peanut butter balls combining creamy peanut butter, a hint of sweetness, and a crunchy element.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (or Honey/Agave)
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats (or Crushed Nuts)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine one cup of creamy peanut butter with a third of a cup of maple syrup and one cup of rolled oats. Mix until well combined.
  2. If the mixture is too sticky, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Roll approximately a tablespoon of the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm them up.
  5. Enjoy as is or roll in crushed nuts or shredded coconut for added flavor!
