- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (or Honey/Agave)
- 1 cup Rolled Oats (or Crushed Nuts)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine one cup of creamy peanut butter with a third of a cup of maple syrup and one cup of rolled oats. Mix until well combined.
- If the mixture is too sticky, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Roll approximately a tablespoon of the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm them up.
- Enjoy as is or roll in crushed nuts or shredded coconut for added flavor!
