Description

A quick and delicious crab linguine that captures the essence of coastal charm and Southern flair, perfect for any family gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Linguine Pasta
  • 8 oz Fresh Crab Meat
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Red Chili Flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the Linguine: Boil a large pot of salted water, add the linguine, and cook until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the Crab: Gently fold in the crab meat and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Wine: Pour in the white wine and allow it to bubble and reduce slightly.
  5. Mix it Up: Toss in the drained linguine with reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Season & Serve: Finish with parsley, lemon juice, and season to taste. Serve immediately.

Notes

Using fresh ingredients elevates the flavor. Always aim for al dente pasta, and don’t forget to adjust the creaminess of the sauce with pasta water as needed.
