- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the orzo in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and strain the rest.
- Sauté the shrimp in a skillet with olive oil until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes until bright and slightly tender.
- Combine the cooked orzo and shrimp with the sauce, adjusting the consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
