Instructions

- Add chopped onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
- Add diced carrots and celery, cooking until slightly softened.
- Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the pot and allow them to brown slightly.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring everything to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and fresh herbs.
- Add the crispy bacon and peas, warming through.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm, garnishing with fresh parsley.
