- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional toppings: sautéed mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, or pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- If using frozen flatbread, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature.
- In a skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until golden brown, about 60-90 seconds.
- On a baking sheet or pizza stone, place the flatbread and lightly brush it with olive oil.
- Spread the sautéed garlic over the flatbread, then layer with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
