Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the sausages; if raw, cook in a skillet until browned.
- Roll out the biscuits on a lightly floured surface until about a quarter-inch thick.
- Wrap the sausage with each biscuit, pinching the seams to seal.
- Arrange the wrapped sausages seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle herbs or cheese on top if using.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
