Delightful Snowman Cake Pops that bring warmth and joy to your holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Baked cake (any flavor: chocolate, vanilla, red velvet)
  • Frosting (store-bought or homemade)
  • White chocolate or candy melts
  • Candy decorations (chocolate chips, pretzel sticks, fondant)
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl and mix with frosting until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, creating larger balls for the body and smaller ones for the head.
  4. Chill the cake balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts as per package instructions.
  6. Dip one end of a lollipop stick into melted chocolate, then insert it halfway into a cake ball.
  7. Dip each pop into melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  8. While chocolate is wet, decorate with candy for eyes, buttons, and noses.
  9. Stick the pops into a foam base or stand until the coating hardens.

Notes

Tip: Don’t rush the chilling process to ensure pops hold their shape.
