  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Tools: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Combine chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, then add peppermint extract.
  4. Fold in Crushed Candy Canes: Gently fold in three-quarters of the crushed candy canes.
  5. Swirl in Extra Peppermint: Transfer half of the mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle with more candy canes. Add remaining fudge and swirl.
  6. Add More Crunch: Top with reserved crushed candy canes.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Slice and Enjoy: Lift out of the dish using parchment and cut into squares.
